Breathing Space is a collection of seven five minute sessions designed to guide you to deeper self-awareness. Different points in your day have been projected to choose from. Make a positive change in your life in just a few moments a day by following a recording. By training the mind to notice sensations, allow for adjustments to be cultivated.
